Aside from her mastery of negotiating both the price and the terms of sale, she is more interested in her clients owning the right home at the right price than in getting commissions. She once advised us that a home we were ready to buy was “Not good value”. At that point she thought it wasthat home or none for us, she was sacrificing her commission with our interest in mind. And she was dead right. The other unique thing about Barbra is how hard she works after a sale contract is signed, making sure every detail is understood and correct.

Drew Davis was instrumental in getting our condo unit sold this past fall. Drew helped us navigate the complexities of selling a condo from across state lines.
